From Burnout to Breakthrough introduces the Leadership Reset Framework - a model that maps five essential leadership shifts across four transformative phases: Recognition, Reflection, Realignment, and Reinvention. The RESET pathway - Recognise, Explore, Shift, Embed, and Thrive - guides leaders through each phase, from survival to sustainable leadership.
This isn’t another theory book. Every chapter combines research, neuroscience, and real tools you can use immediately - from boundary-setting scripts and reflection exercises to team resilience strategies and reinvention practices. The message is clear: burnout isn’t a personal failing, it’s a signal for change.

Not One More Teacher Lost
We are losing too many good teachers.
Not because they don’t care. Not because they aren’t resilient.
But because the system has become unsustainable.
Not One More Teacher is a clear eyed, evidence based look at why Australia is losing experienced, capable educators - and what we can actually do about it.
Drawing on national data, international research, and real voices from classrooms, I argue that this is not a motivation problem. It is a design problem. Workload, time poverty, loss of professional agency, and escalating expectations are pushing great teachers out of a profession they still believe in.
This book moves beyond diagnosis to action. It sets out practical steps teachers, leaders, systems, and policymakers can take now - alongside longer-term structural reforms to rebuild a profession worth staying in.
